Percival JOHNSTON, son of Robert JOHNSTON and Fanny nee WELLER had nine children including Percival 1845-1926, who on 4-June-1873 married Ellen Mary SCHULTZE at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Wellington, NZ. They were first cousins, Ellen being daughter of Fanny's sister Annie Meek WELLER and Charles William SCHULTZE.
Percival and Ellen Mary JOHNSTON had at least four children, of whom Douglas Hope 1874-1957 was the oldest and married Jean Valentine WILD in 1912. The other children were Gordon 1876, Muriel 1877 and Percival Charles William Schultze JOHNSTON 1879 who died in infancy, and there may have been others.
