Biography

Cecilia was the only child of Daisy Bell. After her mothers premature death it was Cecilia's Aunty Janet Bell who raised her. Her family ran the Dixons Creek Store. Cecilia start school at Dixons Creek in 1917. She married Malcolm Robert Chandler in 1935 when she was 24. She and Malcolm had two children.
